Dear Customers,


After nearly a month's struggle and effort of Chinese people, we have achieved great success in preventing people from being infected by NCP. Our two semiconductor factories have gradually resumed work. We strictly abbey all the rules by the government and put the workers safety in the priority. Luckily, most of our workers are ready to work this week. We estimate all the production workers will be in position by the end of February. From 17th Feb, all the sales and management workers begin home office, everything goes very smoothly.


For the delivery schedule, the orders placed before Chinese New year’s day have to be extended accordingly about 2 weeks. WEET will try our best to complete the previous orders first and then new orders after 17th Feb, will get 3 to 4 weeks lead time. No matter how difficult it is, WEE technology will by all means to hand over the products to our customer without further delay.


Finally, we faithfully wish all the customers will understand the situation in China this time, all the factories face the same problems, but WEET are capable to handle it better with stable personal management and faith in all the workers and the trust in China. Thank you!

How to test bridge rectifier?

Use the digital multimeter's diode or pointer meter 100 or 1000 to measure the resistance between the two AC input terminals and the positive end of the rectifier bridge output. If it is open or shorted, the rectifier bridge is broken. Normal values should be 400 to 2000 ohms.

It can also be measured that the resistance from the positive end to the input end should be infinite, otherwise it is broken. The resistance from the negative terminal to the input terminal should also be 400 to 2000 to be considered normal.

If the positive and negative DC output voltages are not normal, you don't need to check the rectifier diodes, but you can test the power transformer, because the possibility of the same failure of several rectifier diodes is small.

When a group of rectifier circuits fails, the fault detection method described above can be used to check. In this circuit, the diodes VD1 and VD3, VD2 and VD4 of the rectifier diode are connected in parallel to the DC circuit, and they will affect each other during the on-line detection, so the accurate detection should disconnect the diode from the circuit.
