SF11(50V),SF12(100V),SF13(150V),SF14(200V),SF15(300V),SF16(400V),SF18(600V)

Confirm the parameters of SF18, current 1A, voltage 600V, voltage drop 1.7V, recovery time 35ns (nanoseconds) package DO-41, then we can use SF28 with larger current, SF38 instead of SF18.
Provided that other parameters are consistent except current, and the package is not limited.
If the package is to be selected the same, then it can only be packaged with a larger chip. Please see below for specific parameters.

SF28 current 2A, voltage 600V, voltage drop 1.7V, recovery time 35ns (nanoseconds) package DO-15

SF38 current 3A, voltage 600V, voltage drop 1.7V, recovery time 35ns (nanoseconds) package DO-27

Packing volume size order: DO-27 is larger than DO-15 is larger than DO-41, the larger the volume, the better the heat dissipation effect
